The Shields Daily News for 24 February 1908 reports:

 “A YOUTH’S THEFT.

Sidney Yeoman Forrest (17), living at , was bound over in the sum of 20s for six months under the Probationers’ Act, on a charge of stealing, on the 11th inst., from a cart shed at Spittal Dene Farm a pair of reins and two whips, valued at 7s 6d, the property of Henry Nelless.”

Arrested at: North Shields Police Station  on the  22 February 1908
